A few months ago I got invited to take part the community project ‘Eidelstedt.Zusammen.Gestalten’ in Eidelstedt a suburb in the north of Hamburg. The challenge was to paint a wall that is very compartmentalised. In the end, I painted the four compartments in rainbow colours and inserted fingerprints in three of them. I had a similar idea of combining faces with fingerprints in my work “Terrorists”. This time, however, I showed wanted to show people that I find inspirational. More about “Rainbow Nation” can be found here .
