The female body is traditionally sexualised in advertisement, media, porn and prostitution while female sexuality is deemed private or even tabooed. Disguised as a fancy baroque wallpaper, sex toys are hiding in plain sight: dildos, vibrators, plugs etc., thus pulling the supposed private into the public eye and showing them as what it is: normal and beautiful.
The inspiration for the wallpaper came while flicking through the catalogue of a producer of sex toys.
