Sometimes it just needs a spark as inspiration. Here, it was watching a report about intensive care units during the pandemic. I was shocked to see the nurses wearing so much protective gear one could hardly see their eyes. Just imagine waking up in an environment surrounded by these faceless creatures. Apparently, the nurses acknowledge this by taping photos of their smiling faces to their gowns.
And then I got angry, beds are becoming scarce, surgery needs to be postponed because of a minority of disbelievers taking the society hostage. If someone is so naïve they believe everything some moron posts on telegram they probably also believe in Santa Claus. This is not a painting of schadenfreude but of anger, it shows the Christmas that many of these disbelievers are facing for a final time.
