“Toxic colours are beautiful” is a motive that I painted a few years ago at a festival. It consists of two parts a top one of two kids working with toxic colours who pour these onto a kid dancing in a bright colourful rain. I painted the lower part of the motive “Raindancer” very often, most recently on the wall of a penthouse in Hamburg. While this is a nice motive it always feels a bit muted as the (I think) more important part is missing. So, I was very pleased to have a commission that explicitly asked for the full motive. “Toxic colours are beautiful” was painted onto transparent primed canvas and has the massive size of 160 x 250 cm. Also, the motive “Raindancer” is available on canvas.
