I am very happy to announce that I took part in this year’s brandalism adbusting event. The project was planned several months ago but now I can reveal that brandalism took over 600 advertisement booths during the COP21 climate talks. 80 Artists took part and made their own versions of advertisement to criticize the greenwashing and lobbyism done by corporations sponsoring the event. Since the horrible attacks in Paris, the public was not allowed to take part in any protests because of ‘security reasons’ allowing the participants to pat their shoulders without fearing criticism. By taking over the advertisement booths, we still have a voice.
