Freedom Sucker was the first painting I did together with Elmar Karla as the Thea Lang Collective combining stencils and traditional oil painting on a small scale. I started with the lady liberty wearing a diver’s helmet and then sent it to Elmar and left him with it, having no idea how he would elaborate on it. The original is available here.
