This year I returned to the MsArtville Festival in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg with my friend and colleague Elmar Karla. In this first collaboration we built the installation ‘Create your own god’. It consists of two columns each made of 3 distinct cubes. On each side of the column a “god” is painted or something that is adored by certain people. This included sports legend Diego Maradonna, the musician Drake but also Hitler, Poison Ivy, a robot, Dagobert Duck and Barbie. Observers were invited to move the pieces around and thus create their own god.
